Meeting people in the conflict zone villages – who experience hardships beyond what I can imagine – reminds me of how very fortunate I am in life. I hope that I will remember their strength, patience and endurance when I face challenges ahead.

I hope I will never forget that I am a priviliged one. And be grateful for that.  And I hope that I will always remember how the locals here still easily access their laughter despite the manifold hardships they’ve experienced in their lives and still cope with. And I see in their eyes, deep uninhibited love and a grain of suffering from their past lingering on.

I send all my blessings and best wishes to them.
